Set a bowl over a pot of simmering water and add the milk chocolate. Make sure the bottom of the bowl is not touching the water. Stir until melted. At the same time, set second bowl over simmering water and add the peanut butter chips. Stir until melted and then stir in the peanut butter.
Line a quarter sheet pan (13" x 9") with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Pour in the melted milk chocolate and spread out with the back of a spoon until you have an even layer.
Place dollops of the melted peanut butter mixture on top of the milk chocolate and, using a butter knife, swirl in gently to get a marble effect.
Sprinkle on the candies, roasted almonds and popcorn. Sprinkle with the Dell Cove® Chocolate Caramel popcorn seasoning
Place in the refrigerator until fully cooled and then break into pieces to serve.
