Is there anything more festive looking than this Berry Cosmopolitan Cocktail? Between the holiday reds of the assorted berry juices and the vibrant Christmas green of our sparkling rim sugar, this drink is super festive and perfect for toasting all throughout the holidays.
The generous pour of vodka and triple sec make this cocktail strong but the alcohol is tempered by the sweetness of the cranberry, raspberry and strawberry juices and the tartness of the fresh lime. And, of course, the rim sugar adds a touch of extra sweetness. Cheers!
Pour a tablespoon or two of the forest green rimming sugar into a shallow bowl. Brush the edges of two cocktail glasses with the simple or corn syrup and roll them around in the sugar. Place in the refrigerator or freezer for a few minutes to set.
Add the vodka, triple sec, cranberry juice, raspberry juice, strawberry juice and fresh lime juice to a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice and shake well. Strain into the two prepared glasses and serve. Optional: Garnish with a slice of plum or fresh raspberries.
