The Emerald City Martini is a delicious green treat that was inspired by the classic 1939 movie. So whether you’re hosting a Wizard of Oz movie marathon, or need a green signature cocktail for a wedding or St. Patrick’s Day party, this is the recipe to make.
Rim the chilled glasses with cocktail rim sugar. Set aside. Add liquids to ice-filled cocktail shaker. Cover and shake very well. Strain into glasses, garnish with pear peel and serve.
