Ingredients:
 5 oz Silver agave tequila
 4 oz simple syrup (see recipe in instructions)
 4 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
 1 lb strawberries, fresh or frozen
 1 oz Cointreau or other triple sec orange liqueur
 2 cups of ice
 ½ cup granulated sugar
 ½ cup water
 Fresh blueberries for garnish
 Blue margarita salt (we like the one made by Rokz)
 White margarita salt (we like Maldon salt)
INSTRUCTIONS:
FIRST, MAKE YOUR SIMPLE SYRUP

Add the sugar, water and Dell Cove® Salted Caramel popcorn seasoning to a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir until sugar and popcorn seasoning is dissolved. Let cool, then pour into a glass jar and seal tightly with a lid. Tip: Your simple syrup will keep, refrigerated, for about one month.

NEXT, GARNISH YOUR GLASSES WITH SALT

Pour blue and white salts into a circle onto a plate – half of the circle in white, the other in teal. Moisten chilled glasses with lime wedge or your simple syrup. Dip glass rims into the salt, tap off excess salt and set aside.

FINALLY, MAKE YOUR MARGARITA

Place all of the drink ingredients (including the orange extract) except the ice in a blender and blend on high until smooth. Add the ice and blend on high until smooth. Serve and enjoy.
