Pomegranate Champagne

Pomegranate Champagne

Pomegranate Champagne is a natural pairing of two delicious ingredients. Not to mention that this perfectly pretty and quick cocktail is ideal when you need to pull something together but you’re rushed for time. Use your favorite champagne, prosecco or sparkling wine depending on taste and easily scale this recipe either up or down, based on how many people you expect to serve. Party planner tip: Rim your champagne flutes ahead of time, and keep the glasses in the refrigerator until just before you plan to serve the pomegranate champagne. The sparkling silver sugar and hint of red from the pomegranate juice automatically make the drink extra festive. And, for an extra special touch, drop a handful of pomegranate seeds (arils) into each glass before serving for a fun surprise.
