Our Cranberry Pomegranate Sparkling Punch elevates an ordinary champagne cocktail with fresh pomegranate and juice as well as cranberry juice and a sparkling golden rim.
We love making this in a big pitcher of this elegant and delicious punch and sharing it with friends at get-togethers and, especially, holiday parties.
Start by rimming all the glasses with our festive gold cocktail sugars and then chilling them until guests arrive. Then bring out the pitcher of sparkling punch, set out the prepared glasses and let them help themselves. Nobody will be able to resist.
Rim chilled glasses with cocktail rim sugar. Set aside. Next, add the 1 cup of pomegranate seeds to the large pitcher and muddle gently. Pour in the cranberry juice and vodka into pitcher. Stir well, then fill glasses halfway with mix. Top off glasses with champagne, garnish with pomegranate seeds and serve.
