Transport yourself to a relaxing vacation with our Blue Hawaiian Cocktail recipe. This tropical pineapple and coconut drink is traditionally served in a hurricane glass, but you can also serve it in champagne flutes for an elegant touch, or in margarita glasses (if you’re going for a blended drink rather than a drink over ice). It’s a bit 1950s retro in style, but a fun “something blue” drink to serve at bridal showers or bachelorette parties.

Ingredients

 2 oz Light rum
 2 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
 4 oz Pineapple Juice
 2 oz Cream of Coconut
 Crushed ice
 Whipped Cream for garnish
 Coconut Flakes for garnish
 Dell Cove Spice Co.’s Coconut Flavored Cocktail Rim Sugar

Rim the chilled glasses with cocktail rim sugar. Fill glasses with ice and set aside. Add liquids to blender with 1 cup of crushed ice. Puree on high speed until drink is smooth. Pour into glasses, garnish with whipped cream and coconut flakes, and serve.
