Our fresh plum daiquiri cocktail uses just a few simple ingredients to achieve the perfect balance of sweet and tart. Both flavors, though, are greatly enhanced by rimming our cocktail glasses with the Dell Cove™ Himalayan Pink cocktail Salt.

4 oz. Rum
1 oz. Fresh lime juice
1 oz. Simple syrup
2 Plums, pitted
Pour a little bit of the salt into a shallow dish. Run the edge of a cut lime around the rim of your cocktail glasses and dip them into the salt. Set aside.
Add the plums to a cocktail shaker and muddle until they’ve released their juices. You can also do this in a blender. Add the rum, lime juice and simple syrup. Fill the shaker with ice, shake well and pour into the prepared glasses. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint, if desired.
