The Lemon Drop Martini recipe is a bar classic: a sour-sweet vodka cocktail that tastes like the old fashioned candy of the same name. If you like your flavors more sour than sweet, just increase the amount of fresh lemon juice.

Our recipe includes limoncello which is an Italian sweet and sour lemon liqueur originally produced mainly in Southern Italy but increasingly also made in California. It’s a popular cocktail addition because it adds the flavor of lemon without much of the bitterness.
