Irish Shots for St Patrick’s Day is a chocolate mint drink. These green colored Irish shots are sweet, strong and easy to make. Kerrygold Irish Cream Liqueur gives it a creamy chocolate taste, while Creme de Menthe gives it a sweet, minty flavor and the green color of the Irish shots.

If you enjoy mint chocolate, you’ll find these shots going down very smoothly. We love the festive green color of the shot, and the gold rim sugar, too!

The recipe is the result of us partnering with the team at O’Shaughnessy’s Public House in Chicago, and their bartender, Chuy. He created these delicious chocolate peppermint cocktail shots that would make pretty Christmas party drinks. You can watch a video of us, on our Facebook page here, making these fun shots at the pub, too.
