Cucumber Lime Margarita

Cucumber Lime Margarita recipe: Blending and straining fresh cucumber will give you a surprisingly bright, fresh juice base for this cocktail. Mix that with blanco tequila, agave nectar, lime and orange juice, which adds a subtle sweetness to the drink. Make a batch, break out your drink umbrellas and enjoy!


  • Cucumber – 4 ounces, peeled and cut into thin slices
  • White tequila – 6 Oz
  • Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice – 1/2 Cup
  • Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice – 1/4 Cup
  • Agave Syrup – 1/2 Cup
  • Ice
  • Dell Cove Spice Co.’s Orange Margarita Salt


Rim chilled glasses with margarita salt and set aside. In a blender, combine the cucumber, tequila, citrus juices and simple syrup. Blend until the mixture is smooth as you can get it. In a cocktail shaker, combine half of the mixture with 8 to 10 ice cubes, cover and shake for a full 15 seconds. Strain through the shaker’s top into glasses.  Add tequila and lime juice to ice-filled shaker. Shake vigorously, strain into glasses and serve.
