Clementines, a cross between mandarins and regular sweet oranges, are usually in season from October to February. Eaten plain, clementines are a tasty treat. In this clementine margarita recipe from One Martini, they are even better.
Rim chilled glasses with margarita salt, fill with ice and set aside. Cut clementines in half, remove seeds, and juice them into a cocktail shaker. Add tequila, elderflower liqueur and fresh squeezed lime juice. Add ice, cover shaker and shake vigorously until shaker is chilled. Strain into glasses and serve.
