Clementine Margarita

Clementines, a cross between mandarins and regular sweet oranges, are usually in season from October to February. Eaten plain, clementines are a tasty treat. In this clementine margarita recipe from One Martini, they are even better.


  • Clementines – 6 Juiced
  • Silver Tequila- 4 Oz
  • St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur – 2 Oz
  • Lime – 1 juiced
  • Ice
  • Dell Cove Spice Co.’s Green Margarita Salt


Rim chilled glasses with margarita salt, fill with ice and set aside. Cut clementines in half, remove seeds, and juice them into a cocktail shaker. Add tequila, elderflower liqueur and fresh squeezed lime juice. Add ice, cover shaker and shake vigorously until shaker is chilled. Strain into glasses and serve.
