White Wine Sparkling Sangria

Ingredients

  • White Wine – 1 bottle (we suggest fruity Chardonnay or Dry Reisling)
  • Cointreau or other triple sec orange liqueur – 4 oz
  • Peaches – 2, sliced or cubed
  • Cantaloupe – 1, cubed
  • Plain Seltzer Water – 12 ounces
  • Fresh Pineapple – 2 cups, cubed
  • Fresh Raspberries – 1 cup
  • Lime – 1/2, thinly sliced
  • Sparkling White Wine – 1 bottle (we suggest Prosecco)
  • Ice
  • Fresh Mint or Sage Sprigs – for garnish
  • Dell Cove Spice Co.’s Sunshine Yellow Cocktail Rim Sugar

Instructions

Fill pitcher with fruit and muddle gently. Add white wine and Triple Sec. Stir well and place pitcher in the refrigerator to chill, at least two hours. Once the mixture is chilled and you are ready to serve, collect your chilled glasses. Rim the glasses with our cocktail rim sugar. Fill glasses halfway with ice. Add sparkling wine to the pitcher and stir gently. Pour drinks into glasses, garnish with fruit and herbs, and serve.
