When it comes to fall, the pear is one of our favorite fruits. But mixed with apricot and our curry-hinted Spiced Saffron cocktail salt, along with some tequila? It becomes a warm and cozy drink.
- 2 oz silver tequila
- 4 oz pear liqueur (such as Roth & Winter Orchard Pear)
- 1 oz apricot juice
- 1 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
- lime wedges
- Dell Cove Spices’ Spiced Saffron Cocktail Salt
Take your chilled bar glasses, moisten rim with lime wedges and garnish rim with Dell Cove Spices’ Spiced Saffron Cocktail Salt. Fill glasses with ice (optional) and set aside.
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add the tequila, liqueur and juices. Cover and shake well until shaker is chilled. Strain into glasses and serve immediately.
