Acazoni Acai Cocktail

Description

The Acazoni Acai Cocktail recipe, for something a little sweet and a little bitter. We like how the fruitiness of the acai liqueur pairs with the gin and bitters, for an interesting concoction. Think of this as an Old Fashioned with a super food in it.


Ingredients

  • Acai Liqueur (we suggest Cedilla) – 2 ounces
  • Gin – 4 ounces
  • Campari – 2 ounces
  • Ice
  • Lime Peel – for garnish
  • Dell Cove Spice Co.’s Royal Purple Cocktail Rim Sugar

Instructions

If serving in a rocks glass: Rim chilled glasses with cocktail rim sugar. Fill glasses with ice and set aside. Next, fill cocktail shaker with ice and pour in liquor. Cover and shake well. Strain into glasses, add lime peel and serve.  If serving in a martini glass: Rim chilled glasses with cocktail rim sugar. Set aside. Next, fill cocktail shaker with ice and pour in liquor. Cover and shake VERY well. Strain into glasses, add lime peel and serve.
