Everyone is loving our rim sugars!
Pour your rim sugar onto a flat plate or shallow bowl. Next, use simple syrup or a watered-down honey to moisten the glass rim: Simply pour the syrup onto a plate or shallow bowl. (With our rim sugars with candies, you can use an agave syrup or even a corn syrup to help the sugar and candies really stick to the rim.)
Turn your glass upside down and dip glass rim into syrup. Lift your glass straight up, and hold it over the plate for a few seconds, to allow excess syrup to drip off.
Dip the rim of your glass into the cocktail rim sugar. Gently move the glass around the sugar, rotating the glass as you go.
Lift glass out of sugar. Tap off excess. Turn glass right-side up and pour beverage into glass and enjoy. If there are empty spots, it means there was not enough moisture on the rim. To fix, simply dab glass rim with fruit and dip again in sugar.
