The infused vodka is really easy to make, and only takes two ingredients and about 4 hours or so. And the color is a perfect and vibrant pumpkin orange. Given that the cocktail sugar rimmer we used is our Haunted Pumpkins (and has tiny orange pumpkin-shaped candies in it), we recommend using a simple syrup to moisten your glass rim when garnishing your glasses. Enjoy!


Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup of Candy Corn
  • 1 Cup Vodka
  • 4 Oz Candy Corn Infused Vodka
  • 1.5 Oz Triple Sec
  • 1 Oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • Dell Cove Spice Co.’s Haunted Pumpkins Cocktail Rim Sugar to garnish

Instructions

Rim your chilled glasses with our Haunted Pumpkins Cocktail Rim Sugar and set aside.  Add 4 oz of your Candy Corn vodka, 1.5 oz of the Triple Sec and 1 oz of freshly squeezed lime juice into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into your garnished martini glasses and serve.

To Make Your Candy Corn Vodka:

Place  1/2 cup of candy corn into a pint-sized mason jar. Fill with vodka (about 1 cup or so). Cover jar with lid and screw on tight. Give the jar a shake every 30 minutes and watch the candy dissolve. After 4 hours, the candy should be dissolved. Strain the vodka through fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth. Store the vodka in your glass mason jar, label with the name and date and enjoy.
