Need an apéritif? Try a Negroni cocktail: one part gin, one part vermouth rosso, and one part Campari (or other bitters that you like), garnished with orange peel. It doesn't get any simpler - or better - than this.
This is a cocktail that you build straight in the glass. Rim two chilled glasses with cocktail rim sugar and fill with ice. Next, add 1 oz each of your liquids to each glass. Take your bar spoon and give it a gentle stir. Add a slice of orange as a garnish and serve.
