Apple Pie on the Rocks Cocktail
Apple Pie on the Rocks is a cocktail recipe that’s a festive, holiday boozy treat that's just the perfect amount of spice and sweet. It’s also easy to make and can serve either as a pre-dinner cocktail for cozy fall dinner or an after dinner dessert for Thanksgiving. If you don't have a vanilla-flavored vodka, you can easily make one by infusing a bottle with several split vanilla beans.
Rim the chilled glasses with cocktail rim sugar. Fill glasses with ice and set aside. Add liquids to ice-filled cocktail shaker. Cover and shake very well. Strain into glasses, garnish and serve.
